A die-hard football enthusiast, Ken bleeds silver and black as a loyal Raider fan, finding camaraderie and excitement in every game. His passion for the sport is rivaled only by his love for his furry companions, boasting a household bustling with the joyous chaos of three dogs and a multitude of cats, courtesy of his wife Michelle.

Come summer, you'll find Ken navigating the tranquil waters of Lake Berryessa aboard his cherished houseboat, a sanctuary where he finds solace and serenity amidst the splendor of nature.

Although Ken has been full-time with NBWS for 11 years, he worked for the family business back in the 80s and 90s. Ken has two decades of experience with NBWS. Ken has ingrained himself deeply within the fabric of the family business, channeling his boundless energy and dedication towards its growth and prosperity. His commitment to excellence and unwavering work ethic serves as a beacon of inspiration for all who have the privilege of working alongside him.

Meet Phil, our dedicated Operations Manager at NBWS. With an impressive 24 years of service under his belt, Phil is the cornerstone of our team, ensuring smooth daily operations with his wealth of experience and expertise. As the Onsite Manager, Phil handles a diverse range of responsibilities, including overseeing our service, office, and repair staff, managing inventory, and prioritizing exceptional customer service.

Beyond his professional commitments, Phil has a special place in his heart for his furry companion, Bohdi, his beloved dog. Phil's dedication to both his work and his furry friend reflects his compassionate nature and unwavering commitment to excellence.

With an impressive 45 years of experience in customer service, Karen is a seasoned veteran in her field, honing her skills and expertise over the decades. Twenty-seven of those years have been dedicated to NBWS, where she has become an integral part of the team, valued for her dedication and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Warren is a Napa, CA native with over 25 years of experience in the swimming pool services industry. He manages the repair department as the Repair Supervisor at North Bay Water Services. Warren is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, solving complex problems, and improving the swimming pool experience quality and sustainability in his community. He is always eager to learn new skills, collaborate with diverse colleagues, and contribute to the mission and vision of his organization. He oversees a team of technicians who perform installation, maintenance, and repair of swimming pool systems, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. He also trains new and existing employees on the latest techniques, equipment, and regulations, and plans the schedules and assignments for the projects. 

Maria, a diligent Administrative Assistant, proudly represents her hometown of Fairfield, CA, where she cultivated her ambition and dedication. Armed with a High School Diploma, she embarked on her professional journey, joining the workforce in May 2020 with a commitment to excellence.

Michelle Morris-Adams is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in sales, marketing, digital marketing, accounting, and management. She has a profound passion for animals. Michelle is from Benicia, CA, but she calls Fairfield, CA her home, where she resides with her husband Ken Adams, whom she married in July 2012, along with their lively household of three dogs and numerous cats.

Michelle's interests extend beyond her professional endeavors, as she finds joy in boating, exploring new destinations through travel, going to concerts, and indulging in culinary delights at various eateries.

With a robust skill set, Michelle brings a wealth of experience to her role since joining NBWS in June 2022, contributing to the organization's mission with her expertise and dedication.

Rick and Mary Adams embarked on their entrepreneurial journey in 1985 when they founded NBWS in Benicia, California. What began modestly with 300 pools in Solano and Napa counties blossomed into a thriving enterprise, now overseeing over 1600 pools. Despite their professional success, Rick and Mary cherish their personal pursuits just as fervently. They find solace and joy in traveling across the country in their motorhome, relishing quality time with family and friends, while sipping on Chardonnay. Their two beloved dogs accompany them on many adventures, adding warmth and companionship to their journeys. Entrusting their son, Ken Adams, with the management of their company, Rick and Mary now revel in their well-deserved retirement in Bend, Oregon, where they continue to embrace life's pleasures and forge lasting memories. They have two wonderful sons, Ken and Shawn.
